Thanks op! Accidentally bought the powder last time and this helps lessen the burn of buying the right thing sooner than I would have normally 😋

It's a great thickener and flavor enhancer for all kinds of things. It's not a fresh onion, but great to have in the pantry regardless. Sometimes I prefer this over the dried chopped one.

Does anyone else have problems with the powder hardening a few months after you use it for the first time?

I try to avoid all food products from China as you never really know it's purity. Some products say "Packed in USA" which does not mean that is where the product is sourced.
Good for you. You could just grow and dehydrate your own onions so you know who grew them and where.
It's been already established the last time that this product was NOT sourced from China. In fact, the United States is the world's largest producer of it. Stop with the false narratives. You read that one comment on Amazon and ran with it.

Yeah I've had it happen to me as well. I believe it's the humidity that makes it clump. Try transferring to an air tight jar with some desiccant?

Thanks for the attitude. It was a simple question from someone that was not aware of any previous discussion. I see nothing in this tread that discus's origin.
I do enjoy civil discussion, Thanks for the help.
