It's been already established the last time that this product was NOT sourced from China. In fact, the United States is the world's largest producer of it. Stop with the false narratives. You read that one comment on Amazon and ran with it.

You can put the granules on a burger and let stand for 20 min, then cook.
It can be added to soups when you want some onion flavor. I like it in a chowder.
You can grind it to powder with a food processor and use that in a meat rub.
