I didn't realize Westinghouse is still in the TV business.

I'm looking for a cheap secondary monitor to add to my gaming setup (already using a Samsung g9). This seems like pretty okay specs for the price, anyone have any thoughts on performance of it?

They aren't and haven't been for a long time. A Chinese company bought the rights to use the name.

That's what I thought. Just like Bell & Howell. All we need now is a Chinese GE selling cheap s*it on Amazon.

Newegg's dead pixel policy doesn't suck anymore, right?

Quote :
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. So, Newegg will accept returns for monitor, TV's, and display products with as few as one dead pixel within the product's eligible return period, so you can shop displays with confidence.
But it doesn't say if they pay return shipping. I guess one can pay with Paypal who will reimburse $30 (albeit with the hassle of filing a claim) which might cover return shipping.
