Yeah, I placed four orders and got 4 cans last time. Oddly, each order came in its own giant box and was labeled "heavy". So it seems the box is chosen based on what's supposed to ship and then it's filled by someone thereafter. There is definitely a disconnect.

Obligatory post that I once ordered something from Amazon and the arrive item was close to expired date. Even though I got my money back I'm still an emotionally damaged person from the experience.

I feel usually bad because the brand is going to suffer from the bad reviews. However, there is an easy way to fix this and limit this issue and they're not doing it. From a listing standpoint and a fulfillment standpoint.

However, amazon will do anything. They used to break down our pallets that were listed as pallet quantities into eaches.

I've also seen them charge us for putting a boxed not loose item into a plastic bag.
