Might want to avoid he Buffalo Sauce and get Cayenne Sauce, adding butter as needed. Oil goes rancid, and canola is pretty typical, so I'm guessing 6 month shelf life versus a couple of years? Unless you go through a lot versus the rare occasion. Might I should get it and use most of it for anti-deer spray on my garden.

Edit: OP is cayenne, linked S&S is buffalo. Buffalo contains canola oil so it's 'ready' for wings. With cayenne, mix with butter to coat wings.
