This deal was last week, in fact just got the final piece delivered today. Included a rotary tool for same price and also hackable (as seen in attached). FWIW.
Decent deal, but this same deal existed a few days ago with the rotary tool included with the Hackzall.
EDIT: Mine just showed up today actually. I already have a much larger 60v Flexvolt saw, I've been waiting for the smaller M12 for a while. So far it looks like a nice item if a smaller one is what you are looking for.

How do you hack? As soon as I removed the gift from cart, the saw went back to normal price. Do you submit the order with both and then cancel the gift?

Add Hackzall (linked in deal) and add the Milwaukee M12 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless 3/8 in. Ratchet (Tool-Only) as your free gift. Ship the item that you want to cancel (ratchet), do store pickup for the hackzall. Checkout. After checkout (within 45 minutes of order email), go to your orders and cancel the ratchet. The hackzall should be $97.70. Hope I got it right, this is my first time doing it myself.

Yes, you need to complete the purchase. The simplest way is to ship the item(s) you want to home, ship to store the item(s) you don't, and simply either never pick-up or cancel the store pick-up item. This option means never making a trip to the store. Your purchase breaks out the final per item price (when hackable). See my above screen shot, may help make more sense.

This thing is great. I have the M18 fuel as well and often I just grab the M12 given the smaller form factor.
I have the m18 fuel and was wondering about this so thanks for the feedback! Do you prefer one over the other for certain jobs? And if so, what exactly? Currently I've been getting a lot of use out of the M18 Fuel cutting down tree branches (typically no thicker than 4-5" max so far) and it's actually not that fast (I read that this is to be expected due to the limited stroke length compared to a sawzall).
