I don't think they allow you to cancel anymore. If you don't want to go in to return, you can try ordering the batteries to a separate store and not picking them up until you're automatically refunded

I picked up tool at one store then set pickup for unwanted battery at another. Was able to cancel battery pickup. No issues

Ahhh I see. I did ship to home. So I'll have to return.

Make sure that each item uses a different delivery method or gets picked up at different stores, then immediately cancel the one you don't want.

Two years into a renovation this might be my single most used non-drill/driver tool in the garage.

I ordered with pickup at two different locations. I picked up one and dont see an option to cancel the other. Am i missing something or should i just wait out until it auto cancels?

Thanks in advance.

I've always had a different delivery method for each item, one for pickup (at my closest HD if I was going to pick it up and it was in stock), the other for delivery, and canceled the one I didn't want. You have to actually place the order, wait a few minutes for it to process (but not too long as you only have a 30-45 minute window before it won't allow cancellation), then cancel the unwanted item. There's an option in the order status page for that order, or there used to be, I haven't done this in nearly a year so maybe it's changed. In any case you can just wait for it to auto-cancel or pick it up and return it there. Assuming that nothing has changed, this should work.

You guys are doing the hack all wrong, buy the tool for 189$, get the free 5amp battery , value alone is 119$ , then return saw two days later , for a totally free 5amp battery . Just did this yesterday at my Kalamazoo home depot
Are you returning it with or without the receipt? Wouldn't the receipt show $115 for the saw?
