Neither of these makes it a bad item, just know what you're getting. I have their flared roasting pan (clad) and a 9x13 baking dish (might be clad? can't remember), and they are excellent, as with most AC stainless.

Neither of these makes it a bad item, just know what you're getting. I have their flared roasting pan (clad) and a 9x13 baking dish (might be clad? can't remember), and they are excellent, as with most AC stainless.

They are non-stick, but not from a teflon coating that can flake, they are Aluminized steel, ceramic-reinforced, 2-layercoating.
