cheapest big tv 70"+

Need to get my mom an upgrade. Only need basic smart functionality like netflix, sling apps, etc. I see a lot of 70"+ tvs on walmart and the like for around $600-800. Don't mind spending more if it's bigger. Help me out - I don't know a damn thing about picture quality and refresh rate, etc.
