This also died on my less than a month. I went with a Samsung 980 Pro for the reliability.

Same here. I'll bite if the 2tb is like 220 or less.

Looking at Samsung SSD that failed me as I type this. I bought this on the last deal and happy with my purchase so far. Running in my PS5, and can't tell the difference between onboard and this.

You'll need one, so if it doesn't have one already pre-installed, you can find them for cheap on Amazon. I got the Sabrent PS5 heatsink cover. It replaces the one that comes with the system.

If you buy this drive for use in a PC, you may experience a problem where the PC sometimes fails to detect the drive on a cold boot. If this happens try disabling CSM in BIOS.

Same deal here. Gonna repost my comment from another post of this that didn't get to frontpage and spread the word every opportunity:

"The S70 Blade is the worst NVMe ever. My 2 TB one blue screened out on me after replacing my OG, tried and true S50 I got back in 2019. These was hardware level bsods and happened at random. Performance was top notch, but reliability was obviously low. Unfortunately replaced it too late and got the errors outside of the return window and have to seek warranty options. However, can't do that because ADATA's website is trash and won't create my account since it never sends the confirmation email. It's a vicious cycle. Used to like this brand, but never again!"

Sounds like a common symptom of of overheating issue. You can try a beefier heatsink to lessen the heat stress on the chips, then run the CrystalDisk Mark to be sure.

No, temps were fine and it's predecessor I owned before that I mentioned (the S50) ran hotter. Funny thing is I transferred S70 blade's heatsink to the 980 pro (since my mobo has its own heatsink/fan combo), and not a single issue with temps.
