I used this keyboard for years, on a Windows PC. I can confirm the long battery life, and overall it's a great keyboard. I recently replaced it with a quieter Logitech keyboard because the keys are quite loud when I'm taking notes during video meetings. The keys also start sticking a little after years of use. But if noise isn't a concern, this is a great choice.

Between my dad and I we own five of these (work and home) Love em. ZERO issues of any kind. Batteries last forever. Got low battery warning on my one at work in October via Setpoint and the indicator on the KB itself. Still going.

It's a "climate pledge friendly" keyboard that runs on batteries. It's also carbon neutral certified. "Carbon Neutral Certified by SCS Global Services means the product's carbon emissions have been measured and reduced, with any remaining emissions offset." Guess they didn't have any keyboard warriors testing it.

Typing this from my Logitech solar keyboard, BTW. Wish they would put these on sale.

3 drawbacks
1. The palm rest is not detachable
2. So automatically the keyboard takes a ton of space on the tabe
3. Doesn't work for Mac out of the box and I'm not sure if you can map those extra keys, they do provide some mapping software though, not sure if it's available for Mac

really need a new kb but am considering going mechanical for the first time. there's a cloud 9 split mechanical that looks great but wondering if worth the $190 tag.

The Ergo K860. It's pricey though at $130. I waited for one of the Staples $20 off coupons. But it's much quieter, so I have a lot less anxiety when typing during meetings now. 🙂 It has laptop-like, shallow-travel keys.

nobody likes bluetooth either. i'd rather have a low latency RF dongle.

I bought one of these for work at the beginning of the pandemic. At the beginning I loved the ways the keys pressed down but over time they have started to stick. Disclosure: I use isopropyl alcohol to disinfect it daily because I work in a shared space, not sure if this had something to do with it.

Been using one for over 4 years still going strong. Some finish wearing. Would buy again. Logitech unified receiver is great.

I've used this keyboard for office work for the past 8 years. It's really worn, but I've enjoyed it. For $26, I'm in for another. 👍
