I purchased this from Costco a few months back. Overall, I like the opener, especially the bright LED light. One thing to note, the door opening speed is slower than the Chamberlain 3/4 HP Belt model it replaced. Great price if you are able to get one.

you can do it easy if you have existing opener installed, you can reuse a lot of mounting hole,
the pro would charge you easily $3-$400 labor on it

grab a tall ladder if you have if not then its a 2 person job. the only tricky part is the tensioner spring clip but that just me

Just wanted to make a kind request.

My store doesn't have the markdown price, but will price match.

If we can get a few photos of the receipt or online order, that would be great.

Thanks fellow Slickdealers !

Nabbed the last one from the Mechanicsville, VA store.

Just finished putting it up and hot damn is it quiet!

Took me about 2 hours to do by myself, but not that bad honestly.
I was able to reuse my sensors (now I have two extra if the old ones die), as well as the mounting point from the old unit, though it is about 4-5 inches longer from door to opener than the unit the new one replaced, I was able to just bend the L track back to hit the first mounting hole.

Programming was easy, I already had a liftmaster motion sensing 880LMW that worked with the new one without an issue. Set the cars homelink to the new opener and off we went!

Our master bedroom in the house we just moved into is directly above the garage, and when the old unit would operate it would shake the floor upstairs. This new unit is a godsend because it's barely audible and I don't have to worry about waking up the wife if I want to do some work outside.

Thanks again for another great find SD!

Thanks OP!! Amazing deal, been patiently waiting for a garage opener deal for a long time but this one was way better than what I expected Big Grin

I grabbed one in North California, brickseek showed 2 in stock but they only had one (not in display) at the top of one of the racks, so consider that, these might not be in the correct section nor in the clearance rack.

BS for Issaquah WA shows 5 in stock but they have none. When I went to the garage door opener section in the store there was a bunch of empty carts there. I realized as I abandoned my own cart that they were probably left there by fellow SD'ers who beat me to it. laugh out loud
Redmond has 4, but not on clearance

Just a note, the myq app is a big joke - it doesn't work over half the time. Consistently gives sensor errors when it works fine using the remote control. If you are buying this and planning to use the app, get something else.

Personally, have never had an issue with the MyQ app. I have not had cameras or motion sensors on it, but for opening and closing the door, it's rock solid

Similar experience here. I have the garage door exposed to HomeKit through the HomeAssistant integration, and literally have never had an issue.

Grabbed one this AM from the Cadillac, MI store! BS showed 3, and all 3 were in the normal section with the other openers. Thanks!

I've got one in south NJ up for grabs to another local SD member.

Got it for my brother but after researching, he changed his mind.

BS said my store in SE PA had limited availability and I couldn't find any when I went around 7pm. Checked the normal opener spot and also found the shelf where they stocked the overflow and there were none of this model. Asked an employee and he said they had a handful this morning but they went quick.

Bummer, I saw this thread when I woke up and dismissed it. My luck, one of my openers decided to bite the bullet around 6pm.

I guess all the 1 star reviews on the google play store must be making it up just like me.

Like this one, "Update to the update. This app is mostly worthless. It gives close errors when there are no problems. The process to clear the error does not clear the error. When in an error you can't open or close the door with the app. There is no tech support. There are no problems with my phone or wifi. All my other security and wifi apps work this one is full of bugs. There are so many different bugs and problems you can't get them all in in 500 characters"

Or this one, "Up until recently the app was sketchy, as you'd wonder if it was going to work each time. Now with the last update the app dropped my second door sensor and will not pair with it again. Additionally the first sensor (again sketchy) will open and close, then giving an error. You should have just left the app like it was, as it worked most of the time."

Or this one, "At 3 yrs 4mos, Reduced to 1 star. App frequently fails to ctc server. Previously I gave it 2 stars because on those rare occasions that it works, it works. However, after 2 1/2 years I'm getting tired of the 70+% failure rate, (7 out of 10 times it fails). The bad? 1) The remember me feature has alzheimers. 2) Use the forgot password...Can't contact server message. 3) Rebooting, sometimes helps. Seriously frustrating"

Or this one, "The hardware is great but this app to run it is an EPIC FAIL!!! It worked fine at first but now I keep getting the same error message "Failed to fetch profile"! The app is hit or miss and will work for an hour and then give the same error message. MyQ needs to get better servers or programmers!!!"

But they must all be lying.
