Buying a money order with the gift card essentially gets the cash off the gift card. Take the money order to your bank and deposit it. I had issues adding the gift card to my Paypal and Venmo which is why I went the money order route. My cash offer from GameStop was $140 less than the visa gift card. Most grocery stores and even Walmart offer money orders. Swipe the giftcard as debit and enter a pin number and you should be good to go.

I think the tax is on $500 so 100 + 7% or whatever your state tax is + 60 + 20 = 215 approx

OTD $220 for me in northern Cal authorized dealer.
$100 phone
$60 Plan
$16 activation
$44 tax

He applied the activation fee to next month's plan. So reducing next month's cost to $44. This doesn't help me since I don't plan to stay with Metro. No corporate store nearby.

Do we need to call Metro to cancel the service if we're not planning to pay for the 2nd month service?

My corporate store hooked me up. No extra activation fees, insurance, or accessory fees.
I even got a oneplus n200 for free and n10 for 50 bucks. each line being 30 bucks including the iphone 11's instead of the 60 dollar lines it is supposed to be. total was 380 but wouldve been 320 for just the iphones.

also ordered a white rsim off ebay for about 6 bucks so I'll see how that goes for both 11's and wait 6 months or whatever for the 5g oneplus phones to unlock.
The N10 has been free with port in $50 with new number for more than a year.

yeah she warned me before I picked it that it's not covered under the free phone thing but I picked it anyway because I've heard good things about that model. The n200 and plenty of other choices were actually free though. I think the actual hook up was the 30 dollar line cost so it really didn't cost me any extra to add the 2 free phones to the deal with the iphones. either way i've been tinkering with the one plus as an iphone guy and been enjoying them and the 90hz screen

Hi Zablash 200$ for 2 iPhone 11s, 120$ for 4 lines (60+30+30+0) of service + 50$ for Oneplus N10. So total is 370$ without any tax itself. How come you were able to get for 380$ without any Tax, Activation fee for any line?

Without waiting for 6 months, can I put my active T-mobile sim into one of these, or will I get flagged for doing that?

No clue how I was able to other than dumb luck but looking at my receipt, it was 370 subtotal and 20 dollars sales tax so 390 total for the 2 iphone 11's and the oneplus n10 + n200, I can still return the n10 for 50 dollars back if I wanted to within 14 days but probably won't. Only thing I can recommend is going to a corporate store since they don't haggle and bother you with addons you say no thanks to. I checked the store the next day and they were out of iphone 11's and oneplus n10 but still had the n200 and other android 5g phones.

Finally found some available inventory locally and purchased my phone. Can I only change the plan the first day of the plan?

I'm considering two months at $30.00 versus the one month at $60.00

There is no corporate store in my area, so I walked into a Metro dealer the first time in my life to port out my Cricket number. Not like many posts said, the whole process is less than 15 minutes. The rep asked if I want insurance, I said no. That's it. $202 is the final price. $100 phone + $60 plan + $42 tax on full price.

I switched my phone number from Cricket at a Corporate store. I paid $99.99 (iPhone 11) + $60 (service) + $8.25 (tax) = $168.24 total

Rep told me that I can still get $50 GC, if I maintain the service for 3 months and also I can change plan from next month onwards to lower plan from $60 to $40.
