Buying a money order with the gift card essentially gets the cash off the gift card. Take the money order to your bank and deposit it. I had issues adding the gift card to my Paypal and Venmo which is why I went the money order route. My cash offer from GameStop was $140 less than the visa gift card. Most grocery stores and even Walmart offer money orders. Swipe the giftcard as debit and enter a pin number and you should be good to go.

I think the tax is on $500 so 100 + 7% or whatever your state tax is + 60 + 20 = 215 approx

First question: If I port out from visible, will it be an issue if I do so before the 90 day mark? I ported from mint mobile to visible around December 20th, 2021. Want yo make sure that line is eligible for porting to metro.

Second question: Can anybody provide me info regarding where I can buy an eligible number for cheap that I can use for the second iphone (as I plan on buying two iphones)?

First question: You can port in from Visible without any problems. The 90 day issue is moot. In fact, yesterday I was able to port in a new number from Boost, another TMO MNVO, without any issue. This was done at a corporate store. I don't know about authorized dealers though (they are shady so I don't deal with them).

Did anyone get this iPhone deal without paying activation fee in the San Francisco Bay Area? All the corporate stores I called charge $20 activation fee.

Same in Chicago area. But atleast they are not charging Sim fees of $15 separately ( some shady authorized dealers charging extra).

I am getting total of $220 with tax and 1 month service.

Post a command that you need a number to port in. Current Visible customers in this forum will reply with a link (referral code) to get the number for $5.

I went to a corporate store in NY and they insisted that I have to pay for insurance to get the deal. I let it pass since it was only about $20. So my total came to $314 + tax :
1. Phone A - $99.99
2 Service payment - $57
3 Phone B - $99.99
4 Service payment - $57

They didn't even breakdown the insurance on the receipt. They include it with the monthly payment to confuse customers - very sneaky.
Which store?
