No different than generic that sells for about 1/4 the cost:

(3 Pack) CareALLĀ® 1oz Triple Antibiotic Ointment, First Aid Ointment for Minor Scratches and Wounds and Prevents Infection, Compare to The Active Ingredients of Leading Brand https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08L34K...3GWMJF1AR4

I love to put these in all the first aid kits, use them a lot. Backpacking kit, bicycle kit, skiing kit, home kit, fishing kit ...

Vaseline works just as good and you don't have the risk of getting allergic reaction to the ingredients in Neosporin. https://www.verywellhealth.com/sh...ut-1298910

I can give or take Neosporin, but if you don't use it why use vasoline at all? Cut needs to be clean and dry, keeping them too moist hurts the wound edges ability to approximate.

Almost always buy generic when it comes to this stuff. Compare active ingredients. Brand names can occasionally be worth it (better form factor, higher quality gel cap) but for the vast majority of things OTC the generic is the way to go.

I recently had a mole removed from my face and my Dermatologist specifically said NOT to use Neosporin ONLY Vaseline. When I asked why he said Neo could be an irritant.
With that said, I still use it but usually one day on one day off. BUT I did not use it on my face.

Neomycin is a topical sensitizer. Don't use it in a daily basis.

Haha.. not me, but my three kids and all my friends kids. On a large camping trip we have been known to go through a whole tube of this stuff and a box of bandaids, but the kids have a blast and learn a lot

I do the same but what I've found to be even better is I bought a box of those small packets you find in first aid kits. They are great one time use.

anyone who struggles with acne should give this stuff (or any triple or multi-antibiotic ointment) a try overnight. for me, it reduces targeted acne spots in size by about half in one night, and eliminates it after 2-3 nights of consistent use.
