Lowest price per CCC was $5.00, so this seems to be a good deal.

Nor is it boat safe. i brought some of this on a fishing charter and the captain caught me just in time. apparently if you get this stuff on fiberglass or other plastics, it will stain it. i think most spray on sunscreen is this way.

Thanks! You know of any brand that's reef safe and easy to apply? Like holy cow, I've been looking for one to stick to and haven't found any.

Yea can confirm 100 is too much;. it will literally strip paint off the things you touch. I've used it a river tubing trip and it pulled off some of the tube's paint onto my skin. Same goes for those mardi gras beads. You won't be burnt but you will get some color on you. Highest I will go now is 70 which seems fine, but 50 is the go to now.

get 100% mineral-based sunscreen. it's not only non-toxic to reefs, but also to your body.
i use blue lizard sensitive sunscreen.

While it is a good deal, you may want to purchase and use only zinc or titanium sunscreens because other sunscreen chemicals (homosalate, avobenzone and oxybenzone) have been identified as endocrine disruptors

Good luck! Any health conscience screens are not spray, and instead are manual rub on types. We often use blue lizard lotion, the one with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as it sits on top of your skin to block UV rays instead of soaking into the skin as sprays do. Lotions like blue lizard are much tougher to rub in to not be seen, an especial pain for doing it on multiple young kids.

If you come up with a quick, easy to apply, health conscience quality sun protective spray or lotion, you can have my money

Note: Blue Lizard's product line has both kid safe ones and then more chemical ones so pay attention to ingredients. Also their pink bottle elmo baby branded is literally the same as the blue bottle sensitive one. Sometimes you'll see the baby branded one actually less expensive than the blue bottle one, sometimes the reverse
