How so? According to samsung.com, the A7 is 2000x1200 and the A8 is 1920x1200.

I was gonna upgrade my A7 to A8 but its the same thing so ima just wait for a sweet deal on the S7 like last year

I have the A7 Lite that I was intending to se as a infotainment/console in my car... except as it turns out Samsung stopped applying polarization diagonally to the screen. So when you turn it horizontally, as most would, while wearing sunglasses, the screen then "disappears".

I know they used to apply this diagonally on older models as my Tab 4 8" I'm still using is this way.

Yeah, it went on sale yesterday at both BestBuy and Amazon. I ordered the 128GB one to replace my 2016 Tab A from BestBuy. Kinda keeping my distance from Amazon where I can since they say that my reviews are blocked because they were done for compensation (which they weren't, and they won't back down.)

I'm quite happy with the Tab A line.

It will lag horribly. It lags if I try and multitask. I primarily use it for YouTube, streaming, and I play 1 basic game. When scrolling on the game it takes an excruciating amount of time.
