Sounds stupid and maybe obvious but FWIW and regardless of pics this does not contain an actual vacuum just the bin.

The bin has its own vacuum in a sense, not just a plain bin - it sucks the contents out of the vacuum container - this is probably on sale because there's a new version coming out where the bin is integrated w/ the vacuum dock and you don't need to remove the container to use.

I have this, and as a note if someone in the house has medium to long hair, this basically just doesn't work. The hair gets wrapped around the vacuum and wont get sucked out. Works great for everything else though.

Also its likely discontinued or will be soon. Since the new vacuum models have this built in to the charging stands now. So stock up on bags while you can.

I already have the samsung jet and I'm happy with it; but this accessory seems kinda dumb.
it's pretty easy to just dump the canister out.

I have this thing and it's pretty stupid. It doesn't always get all the dirt out of the vacuum cannister, and you literally can't find replacement bags anywhere. I did order the AliExpress bags to try, but they have not shown up yet.

So not that I disagree with you, but I think the idea is it seals it. Some people are super sensitive to dust particles, so if you dump the canister raw inevitably dust is going to poof up and float out of the garbage. The vac station seals it, and sucks it out. No particles flying around.
