Doesn't appear to be the brushless impact driver (PCCK647LB) or drill (PCCK607LB).
I own Porter Cable 20V stuff, but I would pass on this. It's not brushless, and I've read that the Porter Cable 20V line is being dropped by the parent company because it doesn't fit into the Black & Decker, Craftsman, DeWalt spectrum the way that they want it to. At a minimum, the future of Porter Cable is unclear:

Yeah the brushless or bust stuff. I get that brushless cordless tools are much more efficient on battery drain than brushed tools. Really important on the higher drain ones (looking at you, circular saw). But it's really not the only factor, especially for a homeowner.
Unless you're making your living with these tools (you're likely not charging customers enough), they'll be perfectly fine for almost any task at home.
And for folks that already have B&D 20V max tools (lawn & garden, woodworking), guess what? A two minute battery mod makes them all battery compatible! Tons of YouTube videos on how easy that is.
Yeah PC is not in is glory days, for sure. They still have some nice (shudder) corded tools besides just the 20V cordless tools. But this ain't a bad deal for some, all things considered.
Also, brushless motors are significantly more efficient, and every motor I've ever had fail was due to the brushes and/or commutator.
Buying brushed power tools in 2022 is a bad idea.
How many cordless tools have you had motor failure from brushes and/or commutator? I suspect maybe not many, as there are so many other failure points with cordless tools…
Looks like a great set for a homeowner at a great price. If I was looking for something to get me started and able to do some stuff "around the house," I would jump on this.

Both a Dewalt impact driver and drill.
Brushes are the primary wear item. That's what goes bad first in the tool itself.
