I have one of these. Used it for years then tried to free a stuck bolt with it and it seized-up the chuck permanently. Now it's stuck as wide as it can go and will not budge. I've put it into a vise to try and loosen the chuck and just tore up the plastic. Other than that issue it worked very well for small jobs. The battery won't last all day but it's light and easy to use.

Try soaking it in some penetrating liquid maybe.
