Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
Some people don't live in a house.
Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Proceed with caution doing this. It may not be worth it if you are just want a $10 tablet line. Business customers do not get a lot of the perks that regular consumer accounts enjoy, like T-Mobile Tuesdays and, if they ever come back again, some free line promos.

I ooened a business account for this $10 Tablet plan and free tablet. And guess what? T-Mobile Tuesdays works on this business tablet line. It received the verification text and installed the TMT app.

Changing an IMEI and ESN isn't trivial, so this isn't a simple Google search. So he can back up his assertion with link details. I'm not a lazy searcher, but if he's claiming this, especially after the fact that most of the quality info in this thread came from me, then he can...well, you know what I'm going to say next.

Changing an IMEI, at least in the US, is a crime, which cannot be discussed here.

But I assure you, the criminal website that is based overseas is found on Google if you unlazily search for IMEI REPAIR.

No,

You would need to open up a separate BUSINESS ACCOUNT under your Company/Business Name using your Company's EIN #
Yes I know about business account but I wonder if they force you out of the 55 plan if you do the business tablet plan ?

I have a Sprint Tmobile plan...

I opened a separate Business Account with Company Name and different phone # for business and EIN #.

so I have a Basic Account under my Name ...

and now a Business Account under my Company Name.

And T-Mobile wants $50 restocking fee to return the tablet which isn't even worth $50...fark T-Mobile

I was told, If you return to store, there would be restocking fee for sure. Restocking fee may be overridden if you return via phone customer service.

It's a $20 restocking fee... it's based on the price of the product.

I keep my T-Mobile Consumer & Business accounts entirely seperate ( you HAVE to do it this way, actually...) Different emails to log in... one doesn't know about the other.

I grabbed the free tablet, but quickly found out that you had to be on the tax EXCLUSIVE version of the plan in order to get the credits, so I went back 2 hours later and returned it. (I want to stay tax inclusive.) Stated that there would be a $20 restocking fee, but they overrode it, since I was literally just there, and the tablet was still sealed.... I never even opened it.

My business account have t-mobile Tuesday.

BUT business account can NOT do 3rd party deal like previous Costco (buy one get one $720 off), Bestbuy (extra $200 trade in value) or current Apple store (extra $200 trade in for iphone 11 trade in) promotion.

I often wish I do not use business account.

This is a bit tempting. Currently have ATT Access for ipad 4g LTE $20/mth with unlimited hotspot and HD streaming. I rarely use it but I may use it as my main ISP at home in a year or two with light use.

My understanding with this T-Mo plan unless I modify a hotspot or SIM router I will only get 10GB hotspot and unlimited on device data with video streaming at 480P.

Is there a legit way to use the unlimited on device data for hotspot?
