Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
Some people don't live in a house.
Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

I have been using my 6GB tablet sim card inside phones since 2016.

Nice! Do you have a 5G phone to get 5G speed tethering?

For the initial test, I was just testing for feasibility that the tablet SIM worked in my non-T-Mobile hotspot. I cannot check what data is being used, because I can only create and log into a business T-Mobile account, which does not break up my data usage for me to see what's going on.

Ironically, I'm currently traveling, and my T-Mobile sim is faster than my Verizon sim, so I am actually using tethered hotspot data this week and will report back next week to see what happens after I go past 10GB of Inseego hotspot usage.

Keep us posted. Thanks

Nice! Hopefully, there will be no issue with this 5G unlimited tablet data plan to be used on a smartphone.

Yes, my tablet credits were restored but I had to contact T-Force/T-Mobile Help again for it.
Tforce will take care of Biz account?

Sounds good!

I was told when I called them that putting it in a phone was fine. I ended up sending back the A7 tablet because I never could get the free tablet promo to show up in my account (after many calls). We'll see if they actually manage to credit it properly.

Were you on TI or TE? The only way it SHOWS is if you opened a TE account, despite some people being told that TI will also give the credit.

Yes, this is from the T-Mobile app on the tablet. Some have mentioned they are unable to log in to My T-Mobile but only the business account.

It's the opposite for me - My T-Mobile is working but when I log in to the business account, it says "Activating - check back in 24-48 hours" from the day after I signed up.
My business account is working but the My T-Mobile isn't working.

Originally TE, got them to change it to TI. I just didn't want to risk having to pay them for a tablet I didn't really want if the promo didn't apply. By the time you find out for sure ("one or two business cycles" for the promo to be applied) it's too late to return it.

Wow, also like bro install T-Mobile Tuesdays, they like deals every tuesday, most won't be worth your time, but from 4/5 through 4/11, they giving out free year of MLB.TV subscription (I am not 100% sure if our plans will quality, but just check)

https://www.t-mobile.com/mlb

There is 1 Year of Paramount+ offer also, I was able to redeem it

https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/p...-plus-deal

Other than that, the plan comes with unlimited texting also, I guess most people don't use it but I was using it to text and it works great. You can install Google Voice or Textnow or other VOIP apps to make calls also over cellular data when outside.

I have AMC A-List, but I took my sister with me for The Lost City, we watched in dolby, and I paid only $4 for her ticket due to T-Mobile Tuesday promo, next to next week I think they gonna have $4 tickets to Sonic The Hedgehog 2. Me and my sister had a blast in The Lost City movie, it was so much fun. They even gave like $2 Dunkin promo gift card, some people trade it with others to like get Amazon GC, etc. look at final pages of https://slickdeals.net/f/15673531-t-mobile-customers-03-22-22-4-movie-ticket-to-the-lost-city-free-sonic-large-drink-or-slush-2-dunkin-card-factor-50-off-per-meal-for-2-weeks
You were able to get the Paramount+ sub? It told me my plan was not eligible.

"Sorry, it appears your account is ineligible for this promotion. Your denial reason is:
Looks like your current rate plan is not eligible for this promotion. For help, T-Mobile customer dial 611 from your handset or call 1-800-937-8997. Sprint customer call 1-888-211-4727."

I would switch back to TE asap. Don't be surprised if you don't see the credits on TI, regardless of what anyone is saying. Under TE, the credits show immediately. Under TI, nothing shows credit-wise.

I'm tellin" ya. You are not going to get away with faster speeds. In short order they "shape" the speed even with a good VPN(Use ALWAYS). It's not just just packet; but pattern and totals they see.

What difference does it make if you get a miss leading fast speed test (and slow ones are reported too) or change something and seem to have beat the system; only to be slowed always, more and even cut off for the month or banned always?

And listen people. They do not stop watching and turning off folks completely when it "de-prioritizes" to 3G speed either. Always ON or unlimited is a lie.

What part of no "net neutrality" do you think you have? They know you will buy somewhere. And they really do not care. The whole thing is pushing the "get what you pay for" over pricing. Monopolies favorite song.

Break up the pretenders not by company division; but by consumer laws they darn not cross.

A BI-PARTISAN issue! Good for hippies and fair corps. COMPETITION!

Note: T-Mobile MAY be the least of evils(Verizon/Commiecast); but they are still doing it.

Is anyone able to use this plan on TMobile money to qualify for perks? I have a free tablet plan that perks don't work on, but my current TMobile money account is linked to that. Trying to see if it is worth persuing this.

I think that's the person that I blocked. This thread is a lot more pleasant without seeing their posts...

I think you are correct, which is why I went ahead and sent back the tablet after calling and getting a return label. They told me there will be no restocking fee, but we'll see.
