They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)
Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.
So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Another quick update - I snagged another M2000 for $99. Not as good as $55, but still on the lower end of the prices I've been seeing online.
Nice deal @ $99! Yes, I'm in discussion with him right now as far as getting my m2000's FW flashed. Once I get the details ironed out, test the flash and ask him for the Ok to share I will update the thread. I plan to keep updates posted as thing progress. 🤞
The m2000 is a t-mobile branded device by inseego that allows 5g data via hotspot. A "hack" or custom FW is required to mask the usage of such device to t-mobile and allow your account to remain active without detection as t-mobile does not intend for this plan to be used as an unlimited hotspot plan. Hope this helps.
I can't order a line or device online on T-Mobile website. TMobile agents told me business account can only contact them or visit store to make orders. Is it true?

Been there done that
To my knowledge, no. My understanding is that once the m2000 has the modified FW, it will treat all data as general on device data. T-mobile can not tell if you are streaming YT @ 4k or browsing a forum..... I did call T-mobile however the night I got the line and the 1st rep. in the tech support dept. added it np. I figure this way I can use the sim in my m2000, tablet or whatever device I prefer.
I was wondering if anyone ran into something like that and if there's a way around it.

I can't do nothing with business online account except viewing bills and make payment. T-Mobile reps told me business account online ordering function had been disabled for all business accounts, the only way to make order which is to contact them or visit a store.
