Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

In case it helps others: I just sent a private message via Twitter @TMobileBusiness and asked to add HD Pass to my two lines. Took five minutes or so and they got it done. Well worth the five minutes spent. Never had a T-Mobile account before, but loving it so far! Esp. enjoying my free MLB.tv.
Thanks. I tried to get it installed via the T-Mobile Business customer support, but it wasn't successful. I'll give this a try.

Does your online account tell you whether you have HD Pass or not? I'm able to get 720p on youtube. But I never signed up for HD Pass.

BTW, when you got HD Pass, it was free? It didn't increase your bill any?
Yes, the HD Pass is free... no increase in bill.

Successfully placed order for tablet + $10 Magenta TI plan via guest checkout > sole proprietor. Received email with account number and order number. Tablet is back ordered until 5/13.

Two questions:

1. Any idea if SIM will ship first allowing me to activate and not wait on tablet?

2. I'd like to add a second TI only plan. Given comments in the thread, I see you can do this once you have your online business account setup, but given back order, don't want to miss out on promo. Thoughts?

1) Mine shipped together
2) Now that you have an account open try ordering a 2nd line via Twitter (T-Mobile Business) - they were able to order me a 2nd tablet since I did something similar and got a 2nd account opened (via phone call) initially with just a SIM I already had (it started working instantly) and then changed my mind and wanted the 2nd free tablet (this is where Twitter was used)

if anybody needs help with this promo, i can give you my tmobile business rep contact email to help u order
Has this person fizzled out in helping? I contacted him (David) almost 2 weeks ago with all pertinent info. He sent me a return email an hour later that seemed it was genuine to my particulars and he could help with the specific changes I asked for (and thus not possible to be a form letter response). I have emailed him a few time over the last 13 days since, and no reply, and no changes to my account.

Anybody else here can confirm positive/negative outcome from using the david bourne Business Exec rep "referral" provided here 2 weeks ago??

I tried to add HD Pass about a month ago on Twitter but was denied. Tried to get it added over the phone twice, also failed. I came back to this thread yesterday and saw few people were able to get it added via Twitter, so I tried again and luckily got it added just in a few minutes. Thanks guys! ...and Cellular Plans on iPhone now shows as "HD Video".
Twitter does not touch business lines when I contacted them.
So, how do you convinced them?
Thanks

No, you just have to message @TmobileBusiness instead of @Tmobile. They might open up your personal account at first since you contacted regular Tmobile previously. Let them know you want them to look at the business account. They will send a link for you to enter some information so they can review your business account.

I added it yesterday. I got a text on each of my devices saying it was added. I don't see any indication in my online account. No change to my plan name / services / billing amount.

I just did a speed test at fast.com and got 5 Mbps on one test and 6.8 Mbps on the next. Then I turned on a VPN and got 49 Mbps. So it looks like video streaming is still throttled, just not as hard as it would be without HD Pass.

I always plan to use a VPN, so I'm not sure HD Pass matters for me much. But it only took five minutes over Twitter to add it, so why not. Maybe someday I'll find Netflix blocks my VPN, and I'll be glad I have HD Pass. Smilie

Seems tmobile help took over when I tweeted for business help. How do I chat with tmobilebusiness directly?

Thanks
