They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)
Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.
So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

Any experts - (sorry didn't read through 183 lines pages) - pls advise if this is good.
Two questions:
a). Can I swap sim to laptop - I read somewhere in between we can
b). can I use the Tab itself for Tethering to my phone?
Thanks in advance

a) Yes you can but YMMV if it counts as hotspot, tablet data or refuses to connect. Some laptops (Lenovo ThinkPad X1 series) show as tablet data and so does the Surface pro X without issues.
b) Yes, you can, it will use hotspot data. Suggest if you want to use a hotspot, you do what most of us did, get a TMOHS1, hack it to edit the TTL, and now you have a device that will hotspot and count towards (unlimited) tablet data, plus you can just wifi connect your laptop to it.
c) Suggest you contact business support on messenger or twitter to add HDPASS so your tethered devices will stream video at 1080p speeds after receiving tablet/sim before you do any moving around of the sim.

One last question, I don't have business, I believe using SSN I can do this correct?
Thanks

Thanks
SSN is fine as long as you don't have a t-mobile account on the consumer side. I did everything online that way without issues. When I added a 2nd line I was unable to do it online so I did have to call in for that one.
I will try with my someone else in family.
Thank you for helping

Hi Darki, how can we confirm if TTL changed if we connect from windows and ping google.com we should see TTL 65 on CMd command prompt? Thanks!

I mostly only do YouTube. Is there a way to know if I have the pass on my line? They said they added it, but you never know
