The multiple ways of using this $10 line for home internet are:
1. T-Mobile Gateway + Cudy N300 or X6 which are wifi only routers to mask hotspot usage with TTL set on the external wifi router. You can use other wifi routers for this purpose but there's a menu page in the Cudy routers which makes setting TTL easy - Courtesy waterchange
1.1 Cudy router like Cudy LT500 or LT18 or the 5G P8 work as a single device with modem + wifi router. Work well for home internet. Nice thing about the Cudy modems is easy TTL (and imei magic if necessary). - Courtesy waterchange
2. M2100 hotspot device - Hit or a miss - native out of the box but less reliable
3. Orbic 5G hotspot device - more reliable than the m2100, however some people have reported throttling after 1st couple of months
4. Gateway + Project Genesis - works most reliably
5. TMOHS1 - ~ 30-50 mbps out of the box, no TTL update required
6. Tmobile Franklin - ~30-50 mbps with TTL update - the most reliable as of right now, however limited speed.
7. M2000 won't pull data from anywhere.
8. GL.iNET Spitz GL-X3000NR easier to use than Cudy and better performance but expensive. Great form factor and performance. Presets for T-Mobile TTL settings and advanced cell features like tower/band lock. External antennas.
9. M3000B works out of the box with T-Mobile version. Has battery preservation features and ethernet port. Some users say to switch 5G mode to NSA if the hotspot restarts frequently in your area.
Add/update if you have more/better info.

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)
Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.
So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it
soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

For those that want an easy solution for cheap, just get a cudy router, update to latest firmware, and you'll have the option to change ttl right there as a setting. I confirmed and it's working without using the tethering data.
Easiest hack I've ever done.
Enjoy everyone while it lasts. Now that the secret is out, they might patch the loophole
Also you can manually set the band on there but it seems like i'm in an area with good band 4 connection. Getting 30-60Mbs download. This is the perfect setup for on the go for vacation airbnb or travel for work hotel situations. I know you can probably use a hotspot like the M2100, but this works for 60 bucks.

I guess it depends on your application, how mobile you need to be, the speed you want and the price you want. So here are the most popular Options:
TMOHS1 or Franklin hotspots: cheapest options, 4G, mobile and requires some tinkering but pretty easy with the instructions posted here, free-$20 cost
Inseego 2100 hotspot : fast 5G speeds, mobile hotspot, no need for messing with it, but pricey at around $150, but could possibly get as low as $100
Cudy LTE router: more of a home router solution, 4G speeds, very easy to just log into router and change a setting, no need for other equipment, currently as low as $60, but could go higher when sale ends or price could keep dropping. Might take a little work to get $60 price though
Cudy AC1200 router (and probably AX router as well) paired with a 4G or 5G modem/gateway : another home solution, more options on the set up, but also a wider price range, could come out cheaper . Similar to the LTE but requires more work since you need to pair it with another device. Price for the AC1200 could be as low as $22 on ebay or as much as $35-40 new on Amazon for AC1200 and faster AX models. The current price for a 5g21 tmobile 5G gateway on eBay is around $70 and the Kvd21 is a little more expensive but not much more performance if any. But you can use any unlocked 4G or 5G modem as well. I have an older netgear 4G modem which works about the same as the TMOHS1. So let's say this option is around $110.
(remember, TTL for 5g21 is 68 on the router, not the usual 64/65)
Tmobile home LTE /Asus router prehacked on ebay: this is an easy home solution, just buy and plug and play, but a little pricey at $130 and limited to 4G speeds:

I didn't know about Cudy AC1200 + 5G modem method, I will try it out. Thanks again.
I had to ask T-Force on Twitter, they removed the Norton Security, I still had to pay like prorated charge for it and Take out T962 promo code and put T964 in as Promo code (they had to wait 48 hours inbetween) and now I will get $8 something credit per month, so over 2 years, the tablet will become free, I just had to pay taxes on the tablet ($20 cause 9% something of $200 retail price and activation charge of $35, so I paid like $51 in total at time of ordering)
I think you can get $35 activation charge waived if call to order to add a line. I think they might waive for me if I had tried and persisted but I was just too tired after work and was busy with something so I just paid it.
