Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

soc code ZB10HSTI is the one you want.

I still use the $10 tablet plan for use when on the road. But now there are more options for hotspot plans for $10 as well.

Can you still get this deal for a new line with $5 Auto pay discount? I checked most recent pages but cannot find any new customer comment.

There's no autopay discount on the 10 business line

Never mind! I was able to sign up for the business tablet promo plan for $10 straight. I was only asking about autopay discount because I remember this plan was $15 and with autopay it was $10.

TBH, It's YMMV now, I think your best bet is visiting a Costco kiosk and straight up share the SOC code and see if they can find it for you. The guy who was helping me couldn't activate the plan as it was erroring out. I think he was not authorized to sell this plan. He then took it to his supervisor; he did something and activated the plan.

My business sales rep signed me up for the tablet plan. He needed special approval and put me on hold a long time.

I tried to add another $10 line and emailed a sales rep. and was told it is $15/month now. I also called 844-211-5308 and was told that I needed to sign up for a different $20 tablet plan first and then switch over (Not sure if true). Is there a special number that you called?

877 number at the first post. Get an eSIM device and then get a physical sim later. If you want them to send you a sim it has to be activated on a standard plan before changing the promotion when you get it.

Anyone using the KVD21 manage it at all with the T-Mobile Internet/Life app ? Or is this no longer possible since we do not have real home internet service? I tried connecting but it does not recognize I am connected to the device,

Totally understand -- my main interest in something like CUDY is better VPN performance as it helps to have VPN on all the time due to all the throttling they do of video content on these plans

I have an R7000 and the VPN performance is very middling vs with VPN off
I know this is an old post but just curious if I had the Cudy AX3000 router (the $60 router only) connected to the KVD21, can I run VPN on that router or will the perfromance not be good
