Nice find OP. If you wanna save a few more bucks you can find this on eBay for around $80 used. Even better if you plan to or already have apple care + for your iPad which also covers Apple Pencil and you don't need to buy it new.

There's no Apple Pencil 3 yet but the refurbished one from Walmart looks like a no brainer. From what I've read the are reputable and sell quality refurbished aka almost new products

Edit: got it last night. The pencil looks brand new as if no one used it. Pairs instantly with my iPad.
