Found this monitor during my research. Seems comparable to Gigabyte M34WQ IPS model for a bit less price.

Really great Ultrawide gaming monitor for the price. The lack of a curve is kind of unfortunate but the panel is so much better than any of the VA stuff you're going to find in this price range that it's worth the trade off.

It's the same panel as the Gigabyte M34WQ: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/re...byte/m34wq
I haven't used any of the Alienware monitors so I'm not sure.

I bought this one and liked it but ultimately decided that I want a curve and since I WFH and sit in front of it for 8-10 hours a day, it was worth splurging on. I ended up going with the LG 34GP83A-B. I love it and it's worth the money but I'll say that this monitor is probably like 80% as good for 1/2 the price. If you're talking about the 34" IPS Alienware I imagine its probably a pretty similar situation.
Alienware makes a few curved monitors. Their 34" OLED blows this out of the water, but costs triple the price.

The HP does 165hz 8bit or 144hz 10bit. I have this monitor and can confirm. I run it in 144hz 10bit mode personally.

Similar situation as yours but I started with the LG, returned it due to dead pixel and couldn't get a replacement at the time so picked up the HP instead. After a couple weeks, I got used to the flat screen and have been very happy with it ever since.

No. That's an $800 monitor. If you can get it for $460, jump on that.
