Also $347.08 at NewEgg from third-party seller (Kexi Home Appliances). I'm tempted.

I paid $409 from Amazon a month ago. Great monitor for work or pc gaming. PS5 technically works on it too but it doesnt do 1440p properly so its not the greatest but it works.

LOL, a sweet deal so I'm glad someone got it! I guess I'm too chicken to buy from a third party, so I didn't bite, even though I posted it. If Kexi were an authorized Gigabyte dealer, I'd bite (manufacturer warranty), but I can't seem to verify. NewEgg implies that it's covered by their return policy but they don't say so explicitly. And yes, I often do $100 worth of research to save $30, that's what I do. laugh out loud

VA panel, will add ghosting environments if you're playing at a high FPS.

Glad to see this becoming the new price point for 34" ultrawides. Costco had one for $350 for BF/holiday and there's been at least a few others in that range since.

Why so? Ghosting depends on response time and inverse ghosting depends upon Display Overdrive configuration and all the backlit displays suffer from that? Can you explain why VA panels are much worse according to you?

Bought this a little over a year ago and the menu joystick control is broken and Gigabyte requires you pay for shipping (around $150). I wonder if I bought this and then returned my defective one if they would accept. Typically I would not do this but Newegg and Gigabyte have not been good on customer service. If anyone is buying this I suggest buying the warranty from Newegg if they offer it.

I play Apex Legends/Warzone/etc on this monitor at 144hz with zero ghosting issues. It's been an amazing display, I've had it since it launched. Trying to talk myself out of buying another one right now...

Horrible monitor. I bought this when it first came out. I wanted to use it for work and play. My work laptop only has HDMI and the monitor ONLY does 2560x1440 resolution over HDMI. There was no way to get 3440x1440 over HDMI. I contacted Gigabyte and I ended up sending the monitor back to NewEgg and they gave me a full refund after complaining and they too verified the issue. You know NewEgg is stickler on refunds unless there's something actually wrong with the unit. I don't know if Gigabyte fixed the issue, but I gave them the serial number and supposedly "they would investigate."

I wrote a Reddit post on this exact issue. Feel free to Google it and read for yourself. You will see others chimed in with the same issue.

If you only plan on using DisplayPort, I guess you're fine. But, why would you want to buy something like this when it doesn't function as it should?
