By the way Vans has amazing customer service. As long as it's been less than 3 seasons they will replace defects. Send them a Pic of problem and they send you a gift card.

FYI, I wear 11.5 in high top vans so I thought these would fit me in 11.5. Wrong, they are VERY narrow, used them like 3 times and gave up, so uncomfortable
