I can't believe this game is 10 years old already. And I still haven't played it since release.
You might be thinking about the sequel which was released in the west, Akiba's Trip Undead and Undressed. This is actually a remake of the first game which was never released outside of japan and this one is a PSP game so it looks considerably worse.
