I mean it's pretty bad the spawning is out of whack it's just not fun it's like they took left for dead and only kept the fact that they were four characters in it

pc player here - i enjoy it, but beware console players need a monthly subscription to play.
edit: IE you need to have an active xbox live accnt or ps4 online account is what i meant. Single player is just about impossible to beat with bots.

You're just referring to PS+ and Xbox live, right?

I agree. It gets frustrating fast. Super cheap enemies in later levels.
Picked this up for PC in the humble bundle and it's been pretty fun.
It uses a card modifier system for customization so you can make all kinds of builds to suit your play style.
I played hundreds of hours of L4D2 and Payday 2 back in the day and this feels like a nice combination.
It has crossplay between all consoles and PC so it's fairly easy to find a group of randoms.
Even on Recruit difficulty, the game is still pretty tough with the endless zombies and specials that spawn in multiples but as long you know what to do, it's manageable.
The game offers annual pass. I will wait till they come out Back 4 Blood: Ready for More Edition. Or something like that. It's Warner Bros after all and you know they've done that.

Still regret paying $35 for steam version. It's badly made.
Not a bad deal still if you're looking for something new. But it's really boring and bland.
L4D1 and 2 really had style and character. The zombies here are about as generic as it gets.
