It's a combination of history of welcome offers, balance transfers, number of open and closed cards, etc., it says. Likely, I hit a limit of the amount of AMEX bonuses over the years.

When did you get that notification that you didn't qualify for the sign up bonus?
I assumed I did not qualify since I last got the Amex Platinum sign up bonus in 2018, but I too prequalified and AMEX has sent me several emails about the 150k sign up bonus.
I'm on the application page now and I don't want to click the Agree and Submit button if I'm not eligible, but I don't see any indication on the page that I'm not eligible.

It usually pops up before you hit agree /submit.
That is the good thing with AMX, it tells you if you had too many bonuses

After you "agree and submit," it'll tell you after that if you proceed further, you understand you don't get the bonus, but can still get the card. It'll allow you to withdraw without any consequences at that point.

Thank you. So I clicked agree and submit and was instantly approved. No mention that I do not qualify for the sign up bonus so hopefully I don't discover that after I spend the $6,000.
Weird if I do qualify since I got the last bonus 4 years ago. huh

You're fine, in your case.

You can cash out with MS Platinum too (1 cent per points.).
This 150k offer is for the standard platinum card. Are you saying that to cash out at full cash value for 150k points you need to apply for this card and also have a Schwab or MS platinum card as well and then somehow transfer the points to those other cards? Or is this 150k offer available for those cards as well?

You need to apply for each card separately but points are pooled together automatically.
I didn't read through the whole thread and wasn't aware of the 10X points for restaurants additional benefit from a separate link. Is there a way for my approved application to addon that benefit?

Thanks for that info. Unfortunately can't get 150k offer using computer, phone on the phone network, VPNs, different browsers etc. Anyone know if certain cities or countries work for 150K on a VPN?

Just Google for 150k referral. Specific referrals constantly show the 150k offer.
