It's a combination of history of welcome offers, balance transfers, number of open and closed cards, etc., it says. Likely, I hit a limit of the amount of AMEX bonuses over the years.
I assumed I did not qualify since I last got the Amex Platinum sign up bonus in 2018, but I too prequalified and AMEX has sent me several emails about the 150k sign up bonus.
I'm on the application page now and I don't want to click the Agree and Submit button if I'm not eligible, but I don't see any indication on the page that I'm not eligible.

That is the good thing with AMX, it tells you if you had too many bonuses

After you "agree and submit," it'll tell you after that if you proceed further, you understand you don't get the bonus, but can still get the card. It'll allow you to withdraw without any consequences at that point.

150k pts is $1650 in cash with a Schwab card
You need to apply for each card separately but points are pooled together automatically.
