At first I loved it and its still a good tool, but I have some gripes.
1. The selector for the ratcheting mech is bad. I don't know if I accidently hit it because of its position on the handle or if it malfunctions, but sometimes it will go from ratcheting to locked out while using it. Also the detents have worn down over time so its hard to tell (especially while gloved) where you are in the selection.
2. The rubber grip on the handle has started slipping. If you are twisting sometimes the rubber will twist, but the driver doesn't. It's not a big deal, but you have to grip extra hard to keep that from happening.
3. The bits all have a ball detent to hold them in the business end of the driver and there isn't any magnetic retention for non-original bits. Say you have a a screw that the included bits don't cover. You can still throw in a normal bit, but there is nothing keeping the bit in place. Really annoying when you are on a ladder and the bit just drops right out of the driver.
Overall, it has been useful and I will continue to use it, but those are my observations.
