Good luck to anybody who takes advantage of this deal.
If you are just going for the weekend, eg Fri-Sun, I would fly because the traffic on 15 gets really bad because of all the other socalers making the same drive.
I can't even (barely) buy a prepared lunch for $15.
Terrified just thinking what sort of cuts were made to regularly offer $15 flights.
"Many people are curious about the safety record of Frontier Airlines. The airline has not had a fatal plane crash in its quarter-century of existence. That said, the website AirlineRatings.com included Frontier on its 2019 list of the Top 10 Safest Low-Cost Airlines."
they have a fleet of new 320neo. i take a a320 over a 737max, 787NC crap plane any day. Boeing NC planes so bad airlines have refused order after inspection with sub cheap assembler

You want a carry on? You're paying up the butt.
You want a checked bag? You're paying just a little bit up the butt, but still up the butt.
Reserved seat, exit row? Many more times than the cost of the ticket.
And you can bet they're gonna be really damn picky about dimensions of personal items and carry on luggage to try and get you to pay more. These low cost flights are not really that low cost unfortunately.

The amount of sushi grade fish loaded onto my airplane when I was in the South Pacific was unreal. People are not the only way these airlines make money. Airplanes offer a way to transport things that expire very quickly that cant otherwise be shipped via land or sea and commercial passenger airlines dabble in this business as well.
