Thank you for the reply, sorry that you missed it BUT the second sentence of the post reads:

When I see act fast I never down vote for can't replicate.

No worry. As others say a Sofirn or similar will maintain brightness to the end of the charge and for many more hours. Sofirn is superior in a dozen other ways for $10 more. Sofirn warrants flashlights for 1 yr and the battery for 180 days. This Energizer has -0- days warranty, only 30 Amz return. Disposable, sealed. Energizer says burn time 1 hr high 3 hrs low. I like it only for the form factor and that it will run off a battery bank. Can't make a penlight with an 18650.
