I bought this ENERGIZER X400 Rechargeable Pen Light a few months ago. I used it for 40 minute walks. It died within 2 weeks, or after less than 10 hours of use. I believe a solder joint failed, but there is no way to open the flashlight for repair. Messages to Amazon and Energizer have gone unanswered.
Basically, I have been robbed by Amazon and Energizer.

just buy another one now and return the old one with the new order

All at the same time. I had 3 windows open for each one I wanted the clicked the coupon for each one and added it to the cart.

Although Amazon again is charging sales tax on the pre-coupon amount.

This pen light is nice, but gets very hot on high. I don't use it on high for more than a few minutes at a time. It states 1-hour runtime on high, but I can't see it lasting when it gets so hot you can't touch the head.
