Got my S7+ 8GB, 256GB for $375 from the debacle. Getting $600 for the trade in. But for the S8+ with the same specs I will need to pay almost another $400. Not sure it is worth upgrading.

It's not much if a upgrade. I jumped from a S7+ to a S8U myself, with the performance debacle with GoS, there's not much of a leap there.

Shot in the dark but does anyone have a screenshot of the Buds 2 Olive and Tab S8 Ultra? Samsung is claiming there was no such promotion and I am trying to retroactively get the promotion which can often be successful.

If you have the $100 code, there are two $50 codes in the email (separated by <br>). go to play.google.com/redeem (as mentioned in the email).

For those trading in the S7+: I still have 250 credit from the S22U pre order and looks like I can get the 128gb model of the S7+ for about 90 after applying that credit.. Worth it?

the two $50 Google Play codes come by Samsung email. nothing mentioned about expiration, good until used or hacked by someone else.
