There seems to be NO SPECS for components on this bike so you can assume they are bottom of the barrel and only 10Ah battery, only 6 month warranty

I just talked to somebody 5 minutes ago. They cannot do much though, the email team is the only one who can send the return label. Very annoyed that I cannot just return at Walmart and have to deal with this. Thought this company was reputed

The message they give is if you want to talk to Customer Service to "Press 2" and then you are placed on hold --which is normal for most voicemail systems.

Thanks for the thorough reply, but after pressing 2 to speak to customer service, an automated voice system said email was the only way to contact them.
I got the UPS label with an RMA number this AM
Good lesson for us not to buy from random companies when Walmart is an option.

It's a shame because even though it's a bit cheap its still nice for the price for sure... If it worked.
Just got a rad power too and honestly kind of wish I just bit the bullet end got two of those. Quality difference is staggering (as is the price)
