Step 1) Buy LG V30 on eBay for $50 in flawless condition

Step 2) Root it and install Android 11 on it

Step 3) Enjoy all the features it has that are better than the Nord N200

Step 4) Instead of buying a yearly plan for ~$15/month through an MVNO, pay T-Mobile ludicrous amounts for their garbage plans so you can get a statement credit and a new Oneplus Nord N200.

Hard pass.

You'll still have to pay shipping and tax on the new phone. Comes out to $20-$30 depending on your sales tax. Just FYI

T-Mobile is HORRIBLE with trade-ins. My STRONG advice is not to do this no matter what. But if you insist, take pictures of every part of the phone so you can prove condition. Take pictures of you doing a factory reset. Take pictures of the phone setup screen after you do the reset. Then take it into a T-Mobile store and again take pictures of you handing it to the guy. Keep them all, you'll need them. I got burned twice so far in 2 trade-ins. 2nd time was an iPhone XR in like new condition that T-Mobile claimed was a problem with after 3 months and stopped the bill credits. I read them the riot act over the phone and sent the images and they re-started the bill credits. I will NEVER do a trade-in again.

How long does it take for the phone to get delivered if ordering online? I am located in Northern California.

Will this work if you have other promos/credit on the line?
You'll need to pay off the old phone before getting a new one. Lines can have multiple payment plans, but they can't have more than one payment plan receiving promo credit. If you pay off the first phone, you'll continue to receive promo credit, and you can get this promo applied.

If it was a really old phone, then there is no trade in value. Trade in credit is different than payment credits. If you got that text message, then your payment credits should be good to go.

How long does the promo credit shown on the account? I already got billed for the device but no credit yet. Trade-in proceeds in-store. The last year I did the same offer, the credit appeared a few hours after the EIP was added.
Sometimes up to 2 months. You'll get double credit if you didn't get it the first month.

How hard it was for a in-store trade in? That may require a $30.00 assisted?

Sorry if this has been asked before. If you currently have credit from a previous trade-in promo, can you still do this one or you have to pay off the remaining balance first?

I guess some have different experiences with them. I've done 7 different trades (5 online and 2 in stores, never had issues with them. Of course I do the taking photos of everything, including the phone itself next to the shipping labels just in case.

Easy, I did it and took 15 minutes total. I even had the old phone that didn't have an IMEI but had a MEID number. It took the rep 10 minutes to find out how, as that took the longest.

Yes, $30 fee, but I got it refunded ($30 credit to my phone bill) through TForce the next day.

Two of my lines have the previous promo and I added this one with no problem. The credit shows in my account 4 days after pickup/trade-in. The policy is to pay off the previous first.

Yes, but pay off the last deal first

That's nice. What did you tell TForce to get $30 credit back to your account?
