Enrollment limited. Must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to redeem. Only U.S.-issued American Express® Cards are eligible. Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. I just did it and have not received an Amex notification... though with these types of deals I typically do not. Can't say 100% sure if it works, I'll update if I see a credit.
I can't tell if the deal counts the service charge or just specifically ordering multiple phones... which I did a week ago before this offer

Not worth a hard pull to save $50 though (assuming you have the offer on two cards). You can get $75 off one the phone in one transaction, and then prepay $50 towards the $60 in monthly service for 4 months (with $20 referral credit). If you intend to use Fi as your main cell service, you may be able to prepay $150 and use up the entire $75 credit as your bill may be about $40 a month anyways.

Does anyone know if the S22 comes fully unlocked and can be used on any network right away?
I don't want to commit to the 120-days but moving my number from Boost ($1 SIM) to Google Fi for the Moto G 2022 which has 60-day requirement and the phone is $106.24 after taxes. This should trigger the $50 credit from AmEx. I used a referral for $20 off second month and will also get $50 Fi Credit after 60-days. I will need to figure out a way to get the last $25 credit.
