The blower with 8 amp battery/charger and extra 6ah high output battery is $329 but goes down to $217 after the 6ah battery is cancelled or returned. Not a slick deal but was the best i found for adding another 8ah considering that I wanted the blower to compliment my gas blower. I have an acre with 50+ trees so this can't be my primary but I love this thing for it's big range from really soft blowing (great for lots of leaves in corners and blowing out the garage) to pretty strong (will move a bunch of dry leaves but won't move wet leaves very far/quick).
The 5ah isn't high output. If you do the blower and 6ah, you can get the 6ah for like $115, which is high output. Not sure if that is a good deal.

It's not fraud if Home Depot is fully aware and chooses not to do anything about it. I know a few people that work at Home Depot in Atlanta and they acknowledged that this is actually a sales tactic to push product. When hacks were initially introduced, it was borderline fraud because you could get some great deals. Now the deals are mediocre at best because HD had widened to.
