How do you (I) know when will they have something like this again ? is every Tuesday morning or something ?
got a 5800x3D from amazon at MSRP as well. completely transformed my gaming experience from my old 1660ti and 3700x

It has been Thursday around 10am EST. I just happened to check today and it put me in their Virtual line, so I new something was up. Just check every day around 10am or earlier. They must have gotten a huge shipment of various GPUs as newegg and others had them in stock also today.

Currently I would recommend for most users a 1440P 27" display; 120+ hz, IPS, and <5ms latency or better. Also consider the stand, and the ports. HDR is nice but pretty crappy for most anyway, so it should not be a significant factor.
As for 4K displays, that is nice, but be aware that you will frequently be needing to chase newer and better video cards to fully power.

I am a non-shooter 4k user, going back to 1440p feels like a big step back (doesn't make senses to push ultra settings due to lack of visible detail). On 4k even 3090 ti can`t go past 90fps, going to hold on to rtx3080 till 4k 120 is a real thing (maybe next year?)
Below MSRP...and you'll have my attention!
