the RomerG design of the switch/keycap interface is poor. Little plastic keycap stems can/will break on frequently used keys (like ctrl) in the switch, making it difficult to pull out to replace the cap.

The actual keyboard quality is good and the software is unobtrusive unlike Razer but I'd avoid the Romer G switches because of above issues.

I love me some Logitech, but Romer G keys are an acquired taste (I also didn't care much for their blue switch keys... very heavy keystrokes). I do like that they skipped on the G keys on the left side of the board, those things drove me nuts!

I bought this at regular price about a year ago, it's definitely a solid keyboard; my only gripe is a small one- red lights only. I didn't think I'd care but rgb would be nice. At this price though it's a great deal!

Just FYI, Logitech keyboards don't support assigning macros to regular keys, or even reassigning them to other functions. You will have to use a 3rd party software like AHK, which may not play nice with anti-cheat software.

Tried one of these and wasn't for me. Feels a little cheap but I guess it is pretty cheap.

For reference I ended up with the logitech g815, and g915 and love them. Higher(overpriced) price tier though.

It's a quiet cherry mx brown "clone". And I say "clone" lightly. All romer-G switches will start to develop the double typing issue, so be warned.

I had 2 romerG keyboards (K840 and G413) and they both started double typing. For Logitech mechanical keyboards, go with the standard cherry switches.

Just dumped this exact keyboard after a few weeks of double typing issues. I loved this keyboard up until that point though. Still I expected to get more than two years out of it. While it is tempting to get a new one at $50, the double typing thing is apparently a chronic issue so I can't recommend this keyboard.

I've used mine my WFH job programming for 2 years now. No issues with the keys.

Used a second one in the office for a year before that. No issues.
