People, this product is junk. It is not healthy, it won't make you perform better. But it is cheap, it stores relatively well, should avoid high temperatures, and it is convenient. For those serious about health, just buy some type of nut or fried fruit.
I've never tried frying fruit as a healthy option. Thanks for the suggestion!
