Just got to my store only to find out that there was no subwoofer, power, hdmi or remote. I bought bestbuy satisfactory which says it includes all vital parts and accessories… they tried telling me those aren't vital lol

Just ordered it open box satisfactory , came to the store to pickup then realized only the soundbar in the box, missing the subwoofer, remote control and all the cables. The customer service said it is expected with Open Box Satisfactory. Well, if anyone wanting to buy it Open Box, good luck guys
