Venture x recently had 90k, not sure on normal one.

I did a search and 9 months ago there was a Venture with 100k on 5k spend

Venture was almost a year ago.
example: u paid rent 4000 in 3 months and you get 75000 points.
Now, if u convert this 75000 points into $, you will get only $375
if u have purchased a flight ticket for $750 (for example), plus $3250 (rent payment or anything), then you can convert/redeem all the 75000 points into $750
note: most rent companies charge fixed % when you pay rent with credit/debit cards.
One thing I learned is that the service has it's own rooms blocked. So the rooms aren't what the hotels have.
Advantage: if rooms are sold out due to an event, this could be easier to book through capital one. In my case I wanted a really nice suite where the hotel was sold out of, but capital one still had some available.
Negative: you can't use rewards programs with the hotel. That's annoying as bc I'm cheap and trying to maximize. Also it means you have to book things separately (like a cabana in my case).
