Home Depot cancelled both of my batteries, one from $99 Bundle and one from HP $199 Bundle. Now I have tools but no batteries (I only have 1 battery and 1 charger from DTO Sale for drill)

Same here, but if you look at the item errors it is due to different shipping options. This year you have to make sure you are selecting the same - pick up or delivery. If you select ship to store, that counts as pickup to balance out the shipping option.

Went to the store to ask why my order wasn't getting filled. They said they were short staffed but said if I could find the items they would check me out under the online order.

Well, the tool I found right away. The battery pack was nowhere to be found. I had one salesperson help. After looking around the store for a bit he figured out it was on a pallet in the back. Literally took him 1/2 to find but he came through.

Thanks Niko. You went above and beyond. I let everyone know about it at customer service. Hard to find good help these days but it's out there.
