That sounds like a lot of work! And you have to use Facebook. No thanks.

Probably because it's a complete pain in the ass to meet someone to do the exchange for $10. Not sure what your time is worth

Is it $99 2 battery and charger with the additional tool you choose, or $99 2 battery charger and tool chosen included? Doesn't seem like a deal if you have to pay for additional tool too.
I was getting $200 using the link in the post. I used this link https://promotions.ryobitools.com...free-tool/ skipped the $99 BUY NOW button and scrolled to the free tool I wanted and everything added to cart for $99.

For those of us that have the Veterans discount, make sure you pay in store if you can. The Veterans discount does stack on top of this and you will recieve another 10% off. I ordered one tool and batteries online and did not recieve the discount. I picked up a tool and batteries and paid in the store yesterday and recieved another $10 off.

Thanks a lot. Got it done. I noticed the military discount doesn't work with this, but it's still a good enough deal. Thanks again.

I'm not really sure why more people don't actually sell the pieces that they don't want on Marketplace, you make more money back than you do just by taking it back to the store for a prorated refund.
If you hold on to the batteries until after Ryobi day is over especially, you can easily get a hundred bucks for him making it a truly free tool if all you wanted was the tool.
Can you explain what you mean?

The P460 cordless rotary tool with toothpaste applied to a buffing wheel would probably work:

For me personally, the FAN as a backup when power fails. Great reviews too but it is all up to your likings!

Oh shit. I tried online and like you didn't get the discount. I'll give it a shot in the store. Did they have to jump through hoops ie get manager approval for that 10% off?

"Best" depends on what you need. In my case, I selected the orbital buffer because it will be useful to me...

Agreed, it's well built and performs well.
I picked up the trimmer/edger, I am happy with that purchase as well. The auto feed for the spool works really well.

I chose the trimmer too. Did you see you can flip the string cutter to 11'' from the 13'' there by saving a little money.

I ordered from ebay 12 plastic pre loaded spools of line for $14 and when consumed will refill them from a bulk spool.

Is it just me or did they take the trimmer out of the deal?
